Problem not fixed. Parts are on backorder for a brand new 2026 Suburban?

Tire had a blow out but it was difficult to get a replacement for my model due to the supply chain. Not Mills fault, just the delivery system. Customer Service folks at Mills did their jobs and after 4 days, I got my new tire installed.

It was a very easy experience purchasing my vehicle. Started with Carrie helping me by keeping me updated on when my vehicle would arrive and then she put me in great hands with Ashtin. Ashtin was so helpful and easy to work with. He made sure I was able to get in to test drive my car and the next day had everything ready to go for me to sign my paperwork. Ashtin is a great young man and would do business with him again.

This was my second consecutive time purchasing a vehicle from Mills. It was a good and friendly experience. The process took awhile but in the end I was able to get into a vehicle the worked for me and my kids.

Oil change

had a nail in a tire. got fixed and on my way. reasonable price.

The shuttle drivers were great and so was everryone I deleted with. I just am still have the same issues I came in with

Great experience

Everything went great. My Salesperson, Ed Miller, was very knowledgably and helpful as a salesman. Everyone at the dealership performed their duties at an exceptional level.

It took an hour and half for an oil change.
