You should have a place to attach photos to on this survey. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. So I towed my truck in because it wasn't starting. Fuel issue i was guessing. Getting air in the lines and losing prime. Waited 2 days until they could look at it. Im ok with that because i had no appointment. The technician contacts me after looking at it to tell me they guess the air is coming in at the schrader valve. $700 to replace. I said fine not too happy with the cost but what can i do. We'll it didn't work. I get it, no one's prefect but thats why I bring it to a dealer to get it done right the first time. I wasnt so disappointed that the technician didnt get it right the first time. But after i saw the part he put on is litterly right on top the motor with nothing in the way i was pretty disappointed. Either your hourly rates are even crazier high than I remember before or the mark up of parts is. Either way I had the same issue after picking it up. Ive since brought it some where else to fix. No way I can afford dealer prices on guess work.
