About an hour after my appointment, I received a text for some services that needed my attention. I was not advised of these warnings/recommendations and did not have an opportunity to have the issues resolved. I have now made an appointment with another dealership to get the recommended work completed as well as get 4 new tires. The information I received in the text stated I declined the services which I did not.

My appointment that was made online for Ac issues was automatically put down as an oil change so when i showed up for said appointment i was told it was for a oil change when clearly it was not then had to take time out of another day to go back to have the the Ac issues addressed. I then find out my Ac is leaking Freon, my I add this is a 2025 that i bought brand new and now only has 3000 miles on it and I’m having to have the entire dash board and center console removed for this major repair on a BRAND NEW TRUCK … I am not happy at all, I actually feel that GM should buy it back

My Service Rep “Terri” (sp?) was excellent, she was juggling a lot of cars in queue. Wasn’t particularly happy with close to a 1-1/2 hr. wait, but I wanted a quality repair for my tire. 3650 mi. on my new vehicle, and one roofing nail later. As always will highly recommend their Service Dept.

Very disappointing that the credit card expense is being passed on to customers like me. If the fee is too high to include in your cost of doing business provide other alternatives. Zelle, cryptocurrency, or something else and it would have been nice to know prior to the work being done. Also, the quick lube was not quick at all. There is no reason to have a "quick" option if an appointment is actually needed. When I purchased the vehicle and had my initial service it was washed each time. I got no wash, and I think the door handle may have been dirtier than when I came. To end on a positive, note the staff was not rude but I can't say I felt appreciated or that I would recommend others.
