Ed was very easy and great to work with

Got me in and out nice people

Ed Miller and the rest of the staff did a good job. I was hesitant to buy from Mills after my first expierence. How ever Ed is truly a good person and a good salesman that delivered what he said.

Service persons were very friendly and handled my service with professionalism.

Everything went smooth. No hidden costs

Were quick to make the repair on my ac compressor but when picking keys back up after the service I found that my key on the unlock was broken and brought it up to the service advisor when picking up the key and sent the image to the service advisor for the ac compressor and was supposed to give me a call but hasn’t.

Don’t believe the warranty work that was supposed to be completed was fully completed. Left voicemail with one of the service managers asking for clarification on the work that was completed, but have not received a response- lucky for me I recorded a video of my concerns upon picking up my vehicle- but once again no customer follow up as of yet

The issue reoccurred just after 1 day, it looks like it was misdiagnosed

You scheduled me for 45000 mile maintenance items that I can't find in the owners manual even on the severe schedule. Please cancel my Tuesday appointment. I called and got transferred to scheduling and no one picked up or abke to leave a message. I only waited a minute or so. I don't plan to come back if you can't show me in the service or maint manual backing your recommended services.
