"Great Experience at Mills Chevrolet"

I would absolutely recommend Mills Chevrolet to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle. I purchased a low-mileage 2010 Chevy Traverse from Mills this month and was very pleased from start to finish with how smooth the transaction was. My wife was in dire need of a new vehicle. We test drove the Traverse and really liked everything about it. After looking at the cost of a new vehicle equipped with all the options we wanted, we decided that a low-mileage, certified vehicle was within our budget. After searching the internet through cars.com, I found three possibilities in the color, trim and options we were looking for. I live on the West Coast and contacted all three dealers late at night via e-mail expressing interest in the Traverse(s). To my surprise I had an e-mail response from Mills within minutes of my inquiry. The following morning Nate Woosley picked up the ball and ran with it. He sent me a (very) detailed e-mail that included every option on the vehicle along with a history report. The other dealers were not nearly as responsive, insisting that I come down to their dealership to test drive the vehicle. I traded 18 e-mails and several phone calls with Nate throughout the week of the purchase. I found him to be very responsive, professional and helpful through this transaction from 2000 miles away. I even asked him to go out and smell the car and look for any telltale signs that the car belonged to smoker! Satisfied that this Traverse was exactly what we were looking for, I put down a small deposit and booked a flight to Moline, IL. Nate was waiting in terminal when my flight arrived with the Traverse in the parking lot. We took a short drive back to the dealership where all the necessary paperwork was waiting. The purchase transaction took less than an hour and I was on the road with the vehicle. After driving 2000 miles through some pretty rough winter weather, I was very pleased with how the Traverse handled and the comfort of the trip. My wife is thrilled with her new kid-mover and I am very pleased with how easy and efficient it was to work with Nate and the team at Mills. Thanks again for all your help!

This was a completely pain-free experience. Mills Chevy gave me a fair trade-in value for my Suburban and had a good price on the certified Suburban I bought. The shining star in all of this was Nate Woolsey. He patiently followed up on all of my questions (I always have a lot) and kept the communication flowing from my initial contact right through until I picked up the vehicle. He even answered an email I sent to him on his day off. I drove 5.5 hours one-way to Mills Chevrolet for this vehicle. Mr Geoff Burns ( on his day off ) spent all the time that was necessary to explain the features of the car to my wife and to make her feel comfortable with it. He even brought the coat my wife  left in the trade-in to our home on his way home. I think you have a good employee in this young man and we enjoyed working with him. "Outstanding Deal and great service"

I wanted to tell you why Mills Chevy is still here after the cuts. We have bought 6 vehicles from Dean Wallarab. It has been a great experience. We love our last purchase (a GM Certified Equinox). They had 4 equinox's that we liked. Great selection. Josh Park was able to get a better interest rate for us than our bank could do. With the extended warranty we purchased we have a better warranty on our used vehicle we purchased than we would if we purchased a new vehicle. It came with ugly hubcaps. I thought we needed chrome rims. The cost for used ones was over $1,000. Dean was able to get us aftermarket chrome hubcaps for only $75. They look like rims. When we first looked at it the vehicle it just came in and was dirty. When we came to pick it up it looked brand new. They even had a paintless dent repair person remove all the door dings. Sandy in service is the best service writer we have ever worked with. Thanks for everything Sandy. When I buy from Mills Chevy I have fun. It is not a hassle. I hope David Mills, Dean Wallarab, Josh Park and Sandy Funk all read this. I hope this review helps someone.
