More specifically, Chevy worldwide vehicle sales reached 4.76-million, pushing total GM sales to over 9-million. In case you're wondering which market help produce the most Chevrolet gains, look no farther than your own backyard. U.S. Chevy sales were up more than 13-percent from 2010. This comes as no surprise considering the popularity of models such as the Chevrolet Sonic found throughout American dealerships like Mills Chevrolet.

Dan Akerson, GM Chairman and CEO, adds, "Chevrolet's impressive growth in both established and developing markets is the result of a strong new product lineup that meets the diverse needs of consumers around the world."¹ That lineup includes models like the Chevy Cruze which continually proves to be a best-seller and helps position the automaker as a top passenger car brand.
