2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS is a Stylish New Offspring

Mills Chevrolet is pleased to share that our favorite automaker will pump out a new offspring of the Chevy Sonic at the upcoming North American International Auto Show. Geared towards a younger, style savvy demographic, the 2013 Sonic RS exhibits quite the attitude.

Key to the new Sonic variant's "hip-and-happening" persona is an edgier profile built upon lower-slung body. New for the exterior are a revamped fog lamp design, RS-specific grille, rocker moldings and a sporty mirror cap finish. Even the color choices scream "cool". Sonic RS drivers can choose from the following slick hues: Victory Red, Summit White, Cyber Gray Metallic and Black Granite Metallic.

John Mack, Sonic Design Director, remarks, "From every angle and every touch point, it is a car that is unabashed in its performance statement - and one that drives Chevrolet's performance legacy into its second century."1 Speaking of performance, the RS revs up a standard Ecotec 1.4-liter turbo engine. Officials place the output at 138-hp and 148-lb./ft. of torque.

While critics say the Sonic RS will be aimed at youngsters on the road, Mills Chevrolet thinks the model's aesthetic styling and new-era vibes are suited for even the oldest Chevy fan. After all, you're as young as you feel. And behind the wheel of a stellar new Chevrolet model, we know you're feeling pretty darn good. To get in touch with your inner "cool" at any age, simply swing by 1610 39th Ave Moline, IL 61265 and test drive any Chevy vehicle you see.
